I have called & sent emails on why my online account isn’t working and have gotten no response. The website isn’t helpful and when I try to put in my account number it says it isn’t valid when that’s the one I received when I first set it up. What’s going on? Would really hate to have my electric shut off because I can’t get ahold of anyone to pay.
I've been using Frontier since I moved to my new apartment last Oct. They have been great, easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
