So far, frontier utilities hasn't given me any problems. My issue is with the pricing- I'm a first time apartment renter and didn't do enough research on the pricing of kwh's. Smart City offered to take care of the utilities sign up, but somehow got me a contract that was almost 50% higher pricing than the contract I would get if I had signed up directly with Frontier. And now I'm locked in for over a year of this pricing. Not fun.
The auto system is not user friendly but when I called the customer department the lady was awesome and solved my issue
I have already recommended frontier utilities to my friends and family! Wonderful service thanks again!!
