My first bill is crazy. I've only been in my apartment for 19 days and I wasn't in there for all 19. Allegedly my highest usage day was a day that I wasn't even home.
I have called & sent emails on why my online account isn’t working and have gotten no response. The website isn’t helpful and when I try to put in my account number it says it isn’t valid when that’s the one I received when I first set it up. What’s going on? Would really hate to have my electric shut off because I can’t get ahold of anyone to pay.
