All was good except the ViVint Security. After four tries , it was completed. Three NoCall NoShows. Unbelievable but they apologized, got it right and it’s now installed and working.

I have filed a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission against Frontier Utilities. The company billed me for services at a home that I terminated the sales contract and never moved into. Frontier also charged me a $150 termination fee. The managers I spoke with at Frontier Utilities did not care about my situation and did not offer any assistance in reaching a resolution.
