I have called & sent emails on why my online account isn’t working and have gotten no response. The website isn’t helpful and when I try to put in my account number it says it isn’t valid when that’s the one I received when I first set it up. What’s going on? Would really hate to have my electric shut off because I can’t get ahold of anyone to pay.
I have only had the service about 6 months. It started off a little rocky because I thought my account was on autodraft and it wasn't so I got a reminder in the mail. No big deal I was able to pay online. No issues otherwise.
