We switched to Frontier because they had a more environmentally sustainable source of electricity. My wife had to call and got great customer service. So far, so good.
Have not really received a bill yet, so hoping for the best. Everything went smoothly with the move-in and start of service.
We’ve only had the service for a couple of months but at the outset I was told Frontier electric would provide service at a lower cost and so far that has proven true. 👌🏾
