I want to switch providers, if possible
The setup was quick and simple. My issue is that I sent a message asking how to switch to paperless billing days ago, and have yet to get a response.
Higher prices than other electric providers. Not happy being locked in to a one year contract, can't wait to switch service. I think Frontier must give a bonus for each unsuspecting client that is signed. Would not recommend anyone use them or the company that saddled me with them
