We switched to Frontier because they had a more environmentally sustainable source of electricity. My wife had to call and got great customer service. So far, so good.
The online portal is a bit basic but does the job. Service so far has been wonderful with a great entry rate - let's hope to keep it where it is!
All was good except the ViVint Security. After four tries , it was completed. Three NoCall NoShows. Unbelievable but they apologized, got it right and it’s now installed and working.
