Haven’t received a bill yet, so time will tell? Everything went real smoothly with initial hook ups.
I have only had the service about 6 months. It started off a little rocky because I thought my account was on autodraft and it wasn't so I got a reminder in the mail. No big deal I was able to pay online. No issues otherwise.
