I love the website and the ease in which you can pay bills. Also, I feel that Frontier is very fair with pricing and really doesn't hit customers over the head with electricity cost. I've never had any issues and have even moved since being with Frontier Utilities. The ease in which this company is set up actually made moving a breeze. I love you guys!
I switched when I moved- my house is smaller, but my bill is bigger. Granted, my new house is all electric- but when combining cost of gas/electric from my previous home- it’s still more expensive.
