No problems with anything. Very satisfied.
Frontier Utilities reps were very friendly and responsive. Only miscue might have been my fault. I nearly incurred a late payment penalty because I assumed my credit card would be automatically debited once I became a customer. I honestly hope all Frontier Utilities employees and their families are coping well and are healthy in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Frontier has been very responsive to my needs. However, They cost 20% more than I paid in Louisiana, not sure if they have higher costs here.
The website and information on your energy plan is not easy to access and not all of the features work. Also upon further research, frontier is not very green friendly. the prices for my area are very affordable than the other options though.
