Frontier Utilities disconnected my service even though I paid my bill! Apparently as a first time customer there was a mix up with the payment address, but when I responded to their discontinuation notice I was assured a supervisor would call back before that happened to help us figure out the problem. No one returned my call. No one responded to my two pleas for help through their on-line help box. My husband was at home recuperating from his hospitalization when the air and electricity was shut off.
