So far, frontier utilities hasn't given me any problems. My issue is with the pricing- I'm a first time apartment renter and didn't do enough research on the pricing of kwh's. Smart City offered to take care of the utilities sign up, but somehow got me a contract that was almost 50% higher pricing than the contract I would get if I had signed up directly with Frontier. And now I'm locked in for over a year of this pricing. Not fun.
We're looking into solar panels. Was sold to me as one flat rate for 12 months but now I'm getting notices to expect an increased rate for the winter months. Haven't had any interaction with customer service.
