My bill is higher than what I was told it would be. I was told that my bill would be around $70 and it’s double that!
I have filed a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission against Frontier Utilities. The company billed me for services at a home that I terminated the sales contract and never moved into. Frontier also charged me a $150 termination fee. The managers I spoke with at Frontier Utilities did not care about my situation and did not offer any assistance in reaching a resolution.
