My customer service rep, Alex Lajoie, was unbelievable and was half the reason I switched providers.
Like the company so far, only been with them for 2 months. Wish they had the budget billing ready for use.
The deal is a deal. Not the slick pricing I had with my previous utility company STARPLEX/ CONSTELLATION. In these economic times, a real savings for my family is well needed. Will stay with them as long they aren't bought out & $$$ goes up unreasonably.
