I didn’t know that there was going to be an extra $30 charge added to my bill, because I thought my service was going to be at a fixed rate. Very unsatisfactory
So far, frontier utilities hasn't given me any problems. My issue is with the pricing- I'm a first time apartment renter and didn't do enough research on the pricing of kwh's. Smart City offered to take care of the utilities sign up, but somehow got me a contract that was almost 50% higher pricing than the contract I would get if I had signed up directly with Frontier. And now I'm locked in for over a year of this pricing. Not fun.
