So far, frontier utilities hasn't given me any problems. My issue is with the pricing- I'm a first time apartment renter and didn't do enough research on the pricing of kwh's. Smart City offered to take care of the utilities sign up, but somehow got me a contract that was almost 50% higher pricing than the contract I would get if I had signed up directly with Frontier. And now I'm locked in for over a year of this pricing. Not fun.
I have called & sent emails on why my online account isn’t working and have gotten no response. The website isn’t helpful and when I try to put in my account number it says it isn’t valid when that’s the one I received when I first set it up. What’s going on? Would really hate to have my electric shut off because I can’t get ahold of anyone to pay.
Frontier service was fast and efficient. Very customer friendly.
