Frontier service was fast and efficient. Very customer friendly.

I have only had service a month and have not had to call in so I cannot comment on customer service. So fat everything is ok
Higher prices than other electric providers. Not happy being locked in to a one year contract, can't wait to switch service. I think Frontier must give a bonus for each unsuspecting client that is signed. Would not recommend anyone use them or the company that saddled me with them
