Aside from the deposit, they had the best plan for the amount of energy I use. My bill is lower now
I was told that my bill would be 55.25 "no matter if I went over 1000 or not." It was not explained to me that I would pay 14% of usage over the 1000 watts. Also, no way to pay online or app. It is highly inconvenient to have to take time out to call and make payment over the phone. Im so over this service
