I was one day late on a payment and 2 days later had a letter letting me know if payment wasn't made within such and such date, they would turn off electric service. I don't understand the urgency of that, but I was charged $5.00 for the letter they sent. Come on, REALLY? Other than that, no complaints. I was late on the payment because the due date is too close to when they billed me. Just looked over it, considering I have other bills to pay.
I can't believe our electric bill just spiked to almost double of what we are usually paying. This is unbelievable. I need to look into what exactly they are charging me for. This wasn't what we expected signing up with a new company for a better rate.
I have called & sent emails on why my online account isn’t working and have gotten no response. The website isn’t helpful and when I try to put in my account number it says it isn’t valid when that’s the one I received when I first set it up. What’s going on? Would really hate to have my electric shut off because I can’t get ahold of anyone to pay.
