Very simple, their website/customer dashboard could be improved but it works just fine.
I can't believe our electric bill just spiked to almost double of what we are usually paying. This is unbelievable. I need to look into what exactly they are charging me for. This wasn't what we expected signing up with a new company for a better rate.
