I have filed a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission against Frontier Utilities. The company billed me for services at a home that I terminated the sales contract and never moved into. Frontier also charged me a $150 termination fee. The managers I spoke with at Frontier Utilities did not care about my situation and did not offer any assistance in reaching a resolution.
So far we've been pleased with Frontier since we started service in December 2016. They're web portal has some good metrics. Waiting till the end of summer to give a full review.
