Rates are higher than expected. Rates are near top competitors like reliant. Not what I was hoping for
A lot of notifications when you are a day pass due but no response once the bill has been paid.
The online portal is a bit basic but does the job. Service so far has been wonderful with a great entry rate - let's hope to keep it where it is!
