According to a frontier technician the fiber optic internet drops a a lot due to the way the apartments are set up.
I have had service for only a month and it only worked the first day. I have called the customer service and have been automated to the the app and to the chats. I have called for a technician 3 times and get the run around trouble shooting each time doing the same thing. Would not recommend.
The service was great but I had to let it go due to family medical issues
