Frontier service is horrible. We had Cox service before we moved. It was light years ahead of Frontier insomuch as the product they delivered to the customer service. Frontier needs to desperately upgrade their DVR service. The remote does not allow voice commands. The guide is a complete confusing mess. And user interface on the TV is from 1995. When I had an installation issue, I called customer service and got a phone tree that took me in circles. And I would end up at the same prompts as when I started. When I finally got a live person (by lying to the phone tree that I wanted to buy new services), I was transferred 4 times, disconnected (probably accidentally) twice. It was the most infuriating 2 hours of my life. Whoever runs this company should be fired and replaced with someone competent
Frontier Communication’s service was average at best! The first guy who came to install it couldn’t. The second guy was able to install it but left a cord outside in our driveway. Also, they installed the box as far away from the main living area as they could - back in a guest bedroom - since that was easiest for them. Not impressed!
