Frontier service is horrible. We had Cox service before we moved. It was light years ahead of Frontier insomuch as the product they delivered to the customer service. Frontier needs to desperately upgrade their DVR service. The remote does not allow voice commands. The guide is a complete confusing mess. And user interface on the TV is from 1995. When I had an installation issue, I called customer service and got a phone tree that took me in circles. And I would end up at the same prompts as when I started. When I finally got a live person (by lying to the phone tree that I wanted to buy new services), I was transferred 4 times, disconnected (probably accidentally) twice. It was the most infuriating 2 hours of my life. Whoever runs this company should be fired and replaced with someone competent
When installing internet in our house we were told by you that they would test all the rooms for the best location and that it will cover the house. Well they put it in the very front room and I have no signal strength in our bedroom. I have called technical support and they said so sorry call customer service so no I’m not happy
