Frontier's service techs and customer service is fantastic!
Frontier Communication’s service was average at best! The first guy who came to install it couldn’t. The second guy was able to install it but left a cord outside in our driveway. Also, they installed the box as far away from the main living area as they could - back in a guest bedroom - since that was easiest for them. Not impressed!
They arrived in their allotted time and finished work expeditiously.
