Once you get someone on the line, they are very helpful. I had to wait an hour one time before someone answering. Another time was over thirty minutes. Another time was up to an hour and I finally hung up.
The agent told me that I could split my install cost into 3 monthly payments. Two days after the install I get a bill for $150.00. So I called customer service and the agent told me her manager could fix the issue. After a hout and 15 minutes the manager never took my call. I'm glad I'm not under contract and starting to see a rocky relationship here.
