They were very rude and took a month to get service set up. So far, the internet connection has been ok, it didn't go out during the rainstorms. I cannot send or receive text messages or calls when I a connect my phone to the wifi.
We switched ISPs when we moved to Texas, and the only complaint is that it took 2 weeks after we moved here to get hooked up. Other than that, the installer did a nice job of putting in the required hardware and so far we are happy with the service.
The WiFi has an extremely weak signal in my home even in rooms directly surrounding the router. The cable is too expensive for the package to not include premium channels. The interface seems behind the times of other cable services as well, particularly for searching On Demand content.
