Unfortunately with calls to Gexa going overseas somewhere the connection sucks. Wait on hold just for call to drop. No one calls back so you have to start over. Get transferred to 15 and still don’t have electricity to the utility pole. This company sucks major ass and I would rather use TXU than to deal with these people at all, ever again. The second my “contract” is up I’m going to go back to a major company who doesn’t route the damn calls to India or Russia. Useless company.
I haven’t had any interaction with Gexa yet. Seems fine so far. Dillon was great, very helpful.
Gexa Energy provides great service and low charges. I would highly recommend this company.
