Called up gexa energy directly to get a plan which i could see was showing available on myutilities, but Gexa told me they didn’t have it available anymore. Went through myutilities, and Alex helped out a ton by walking me through the best plans available, explained each one in depth to make sure it matches my requirements and expectations. Highly recommend Alex, and myutilities. He will be my go to person for all future utility needs!
Not happy with my service and the fluctuations of my bill and these outrages high delivery charges.
