Today I was trying to pay a bill online, when you confirm all the information the bill would not go through. I had to use the phone payment that took waaay to long, the voice repeats take for EVER. I just want to pay a bill online and move on with my life!! No I didn't like it so far. The good thing is my bill wasn't that high for now.
Customer service is good and great rates! Will recommend to my friends and family. They should have discounts for referrals.
