Today I was trying to pay a bill online, when you confirm all the information the bill would not go through. I had to use the phone payment that took waaay to long, the voice repeats take for EVER. I just want to pay a bill online and move on with my life!! No I didn't like it so far. The good thing is my bill wasn't that high for now.
I WIsh the whole contract detail I was getting myself into was described better before I signed up as well as when I had questions regarding to the charges on my monthly bill.
