Haven’t received my order I made on 10/18/2021. $48.44
I was told my modem and router didn’t meet specifications and was made to rent their equipment. Since installation, I’ve had consistent slowdowns in streaming playback. Using speed test applications, I’ve seen only 80Mbps numerous times when my plan calls for 200. It is frustrating.
Had Frontier at our last apartment and service was always “logging out.” I’d be working and get the magical mystery “you are no longer connected to internet.” Frontier couldn't figure it out. Never fixed it. Happened all the time. Now we have spectrum and haven’t had one interruption or mystery message!
