Overall been great service and flexible and convenient as well,hope to continue service with longevity and promotions and discounts offered to be a consistent customer.
Installer gave great service. Speed not consistently as fast as claimed. Some drops in connectivity - so I'd say so far the quality is pretty good. I come to Spectrum because my area does not provide xfinity - and I have to say Spectrum is not up to xfinity standards for speed and reliability. But I think it's the best I can do for this area.
