Service has been fast and reliable for me. When I had an issue, they were able to get someone out here the very next day to help correct some wiring within my unit. No complaints here.
Order placement was easy. I picked up my equipment and was excited to get home and complete the setup. After troubleshooting my connection a technician was scheduled to come investigate. The technician found no cable had ever been run to the house. The house never had cable service!! Why isn't this disclosed during the sales process? Spectrum was responsive in installing a cable line but it caused an avoidable delay of 1 week before I was online.
It took me 8 calls and 3 disconnects to finally give up and cancel my service. I originally called and asked to stop my service at my initial location then gave the address to our new home we are not in until March 26th. You folks shut off my current homes cable, then started my other service at the new location where there were renters who are enjoying my cable which was not to be started until March 26,2021. When I attempted to call you several times and several departments later, I finally gave up called the 9 th time and canceled the service.
The technician that got my internet hooked up was very knowledgeable and patient. The cabling in my house was a mess from the previous residents. Spectrum got me all taken care of. Much appreciated!
