Customer service isn't super helpful or convenient to use, and most of the time the tell you just to go to the app for help. Internet goes out usually once a week or so.
The technician that got my internet hooked up was very knowledgeable and patient. The cabling in my house was a mess from the previous residents. Spectrum got me all taken care of. Much appreciated!
