I have had no problem with Spectrum as a whole but our internet it extremely slow despite upgrading our plan. Kind of a bummer considering the price
My service works on and off. The wifi won't go all over the house. I have only had it 2 months and I have had 3 service calls and it still doesn't work well. They were supposed to add an extender last time and they didn't. My living room tv only works half the time. My Adt security system is always getting kicked off the network and my online camera service is never working. There service is terrible. I pick up my neighbors wifi better than I do my own. I am searching for other options.
