Had to have a service guy come out to hook it up. We had to wait 4days for them to come out. We finally had it working for a few days then we got a bill for $60 and was do a few days later!! So I had to make many phone calls to have the billing date changed and they only took off $12 off my bill. When I was told they were going to take off $49. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

Did not deal with Spectrum Service. It was a self-install.
Their service was great for installation and we haven't had any problems with the internet. However, they are aggressive with marketing and continue to call and send mail about promotions and upgrades, despite being asked to be taken off call lists etc.
