GREAT SERVICE !
I did a self install with my own modem. It took two calls to find an agent who knew how to properly provision my modem, but both agents were very respectful and I appreciated them doing their best.
Had to have a service guy come out to hook it up. We had to wait 4days for them to come out. We finally had it working for a few days then we got a bill for $60 and was do a few days later!! So I had to make many phone calls to have the billing date changed and they only took off $12 off my bill. When I was told they were going to take off $49. Very unhappy and would not recommend.
