Their service was great for installation and we haven't had any problems with the internet. However, they are aggressive with marketing and continue to call and send mail about promotions and upgrades, despite being asked to be taken off call lists etc.
TWC is great. 45 bucks for 100 mbps is amazing with no contract.
Spectrum has been super easy to manage with set up, billing, and customer service!
