Installer gave great service. Speed not consistently as fast as claimed. Some drops in connectivity - so I'd say so far the quality is pretty good. I come to Spectrum because my area does not provide xfinity - and I have to say Spectrum is not up to xfinity standards for speed and reliability. But I think it's the best I can do for this area.
Spectrum service is horrible and they don't honor prices adv at time order was processed. The internet does not connect I receive late fees because they cant fit my apt number with my whole address and all movie channels blackout for about 5 seconds multiple times throughout the showing very annoying to pay for a service that blacks out constantly
Order placement was easy. I picked up my equipment and was excited to get home and complete the setup. After troubleshooting my connection a technician was scheduled to come investigate. The technician found no cable had ever been run to the house. The house never had cable service!! Why isn't this disclosed during the sales process? Spectrum was responsive in installing a cable line but it caused an avoidable delay of 1 week before I was online.
