You pay a significant amount for basic channels and you're told you have access to a channel that's basic and it's not. Every channel you maneuver until you find the ones you are authorized to have.I cannot afford the cable but will make a sacrifice to keep internet as I communicate with loved ones in the military via Skype For basic channeks, just provide access to those...its annoying and time consuming. My pay is not enough to afford.
Service tech appeared to take extra effort to get it installed right. The feed cuts in and out a lot of the time for a few seconds, but other than that I'm happy with Spectrum
Spectrum service is horrible and they don't honor prices adv at time order was processed. The internet does not connect I receive late fees because they cant fit my apt number with my whole address and all movie channels blackout for about 5 seconds multiple times throughout the showing very annoying to pay for a service that blacks out constantly
