Spectrum customer service was great. They worked with me in scheduling a great time. I am an old customer of Spectrum so I am not surprised :) Happy Customer
Wouldn’t recommend at all. They didn’t complete install and charged trip fee to come back out. Also they gave us box that doesn’t work and said if we need to replace will be fee. Called customer service and talked to management they told me free to shop around.
