Tech was lazy. Had trouble connecting to WiFi. intermittently still gets disconnected. But the product performs its duties

Vivint's customer service is exceptional and I have been recommending them to all of my friends and family
They are absolutely horrible...equipment failures, hidden fees. Customer service is the least of their worries.
