The service is fine and they do their job. However the door lock will not lock from the app or the keypad, only manually from the inside. When I asked customer service for help they basically gave me instructions to take the whole thing apart and re-install it. I am not a tech and I pay for a service that works...
The representative that installed my service was very professional. He stopped to explain the equipment functionality so that I knew how to use the system. I have a camera doorbell and I wish the video loaded quicker. I have that same feedback from 5 years ago. Oh well.....
Vivint has impeccably and I would recommend them to family and friends.
