The service is fine and they do their job. However the door lock will not lock from the app or the keypad, only manually from the inside. When I asked customer service for help they basically gave me instructions to take the whole thing apart and re-install it. I am not a tech and I pay for a service that works...
They are absolutely horrible...equipment failures, hidden fees. Customer service is the least of their worries.
Loving the system so far. Convenient and easy to manage.
Good customer service. My only dissatisfier was that the technician put the control box in the middle of a main wall. Not attractive. It should have been put in a more non central location. I’ve had to cover the box with a picture.
Shane our installer was very helpful explaining Vivant and went out of his way to make sure all went well. Great employee!!
