I didn’t receive notification on my first payment and instead received an email next day telling me I was past due and my service would be shut off in 10 days .I also incurred a $20 cancellation notice fee. When I paid my bill it stated at the top of the form, Let’s get this over with quickly.” Like it’s an inconvenience to have the customer log in and submit a payment. WTF?! I don’t know who these people are but they get a 0 in my book.
The online portal is a bit basic but does the job. Service so far has been wonderful with a great entry rate - let's hope to keep it where it is!
