I love the website and the ease in which you can pay bills. Also, I feel that Frontier is very fair with pricing and really doesn't hit customers over the head with electricity cost. I've never had any issues and have even moved since being with Frontier Utilities. The ease in which this company is set up actually made moving a breeze. I love you guys!
I think the website could be more intuitive, it's a little clunky. Auto pay was easy to setup. I haven't had any issues so far.
