The agent told me that I could split my install cost into 3 monthly payments. Two days after the install I get a bill for $150.00. So I called customer service and the agent told me her manager could fix the issue. After a hout and 15 minutes the manager never took my call. I'm glad I'm not under contract and starting to see a rocky relationship here.
I am very pleased with my plan. This month's bill was very reasonable! Discount Power is a new electric utility service provider for me. I wasn't sure what to expect, As one of their new customers, I am so pleased with their service at present.
