I have had service for only a month and it only worked the first day. I have called the customer service and have been automated to the the app and to the chats. I have called for a technician 3 times and get the run around trouble shooting each time doing the same thing. Would not recommend.
They were very rude and took a month to get service set up. So far, the internet connection has been ok, it didn't go out during the rainstorms. I cannot send or receive text messages or calls when I a connect my phone to the wifi.
I lose internet connectivity 2-3 times a day, every day. As I am working from home, this is very inconvenient. Can you please tell me what you can do to help me avoid this issue in the future? Regards, Derek Sharp
