Took hours of calls to clear up my first bill that was over $1, 000. One customer reps said I should just pay it and I would get a credit later. Really? They need to get their act together. Sadly they are the only provider in my area. I would change in a heartbeat if I could.
Frontier Communication’s service was average at best! The first guy who came to install it couldn’t. The second guy was able to install it but left a cord outside in our driveway. Also, they installed the box as far away from the main living area as they could - back in a guest bedroom - since that was easiest for them. Not impressed!
They never explained reasoning for not coming when we had a new service appointment scheduled. They also had completely incorrect billing, name information etc. and couldn’t give any indication to WHAT my account was and the information. Extremely disappointing service
