I would never recommend Frontier! The internet service is awful and when I spoke to the customer service, the guy told me he even has Spectrum instead of Frontier. I’ll be switching to Spectrum.
WHEN A REPAIRMAN NEEDED TO COME OUT, THE TIME GIVEN WAS NOT 10-12 OR 3-5, OR SOMETHING JUST AS REASONABLE, BUT 8 AM TO 5 PM AND THEN IT WAS 6:30 OR LATER WHEN HE FINALLY SHOWED. A SECOND CALL WAS NEEDED WHEN THE CONTROL BOX WAS OUT OF SERVICE, CALLED YOU ON FRIDAY AND WAITED UNTIL SUNDAY PM BEFORE ANYONE ARRIVED.
