WHEN A REPAIRMAN NEEDED TO COME OUT, THE TIME GIVEN WAS NOT 10-12 OR 3-5, OR SOMETHING JUST AS REASONABLE, BUT 8 AM TO 5 PM AND THEN IT WAS 6:30 OR LATER WHEN HE FINALLY SHOWED. A SECOND CALL WAS NEEDED WHEN THE CONTROL BOX WAS OUT OF SERVICE, CALLED YOU ON FRIDAY AND WAITED UNTIL SUNDAY PM BEFORE ANYONE ARRIVED.
For new service, they could be a bit cheaper to stay competitive and my bill is 30-34$ more than my Previous directv. The internet, my kids and I hate it and if you’re not close to the modem, it’s hard to get a service
