We recently moved and can’t be happier to make the switch to Frontier from Charter! So much faster! No lag....
They were very rude and took a month to get service set up. So far, the internet connection has been ok, it didn't go out during the rainstorms. I cannot send or receive text messages or calls when I a connect my phone to the wifi.
Frontier Communications service representative installed our internet quickly and provided us with tips for better quality.
The technician was knowledgeable and internet has been flawless!
